After an exceptional week with temperatures well above 30°C in Pommard, Beaune, and throughout Burgundy in general, accompanied by almost constant sunshine, the vines flowered at an impressive rate. 🌸🍇 The flowering stage of the vine is a key stage in the vegetative cycle: it is at this point that the future grape forms.
