🌿☀️ The vine flower at full speed!

After an exceptional week with temperatures well above 30°C in Pommard, Beaune, and throughout Burgundy in general, accompanied by almost constant sunshine, the vines flowered at an impressive rate. 🌸🍇

The flowering stage of the vine is a key stage in the vegetative cycle: it is at this point that the future grape forms. The faster this phase unfolds and the more favorable the weather conditions, the more uniform and regular the fertilization will be.

This hot, dry weather has therefore promoted rapid flowering, limiting the risks associated with inclement weather and allowing the vine to progress smoothly towards the next stage: fruit set, when the first small berries begin to form. 🌱

Everything is looking good at the moment, with a healthy vine and the 2026 vintage continuing to develop in excellent conditions. 🤞🍷
