Our Beaune "Siserpe" is an elegant red wine, developing aromas of red fruit and earth that evolve into spicy and vanilla notes with age. It is aged in our cellar in oak barrels for 20 months. Its silky texture and fine tannins will allow it to age beautifully. It pairs well with meats in sauce and cheeses.
