Pommard "Clos Beaudier"

Our "Clos Beaudier" is a walled vineyard located behind the estate, accessible via a gate directly from the vines. This ideally situated plot imparts a surprising fruitiness and elegance to the wine, especially for a Pommard. It is aged in our cellar in oak barrels for 20 months. Its silky red color and aromas of red stone fruits combine beautifully to create a wine of remarkable aromatic complexity and tannins that will ensure its longevity. It pairs perfectly with poultry or beef in a rich sauce, as well as cheese and chocolate desserts.
