Our Beaune 1er Cru "Clos Des Mouches" is a red wine of remarkable elegance and finesse. It is aged in our cellar in oak barrels for 20 months. Its color is a deep, brilliant ruby red. On the palate, there are notes of red fruit (blackberry, Morello cherry), as well as undergrowth and a very subtle hint of licorice. Its silky texture and elegant tannins bring unparalleled harmony to the palate.
