Our Pommard 1er Cru "Charmots" is an exceptional plot. Very well exposed, it enjoys perfect sunshine. It takes advantage of a shallow soil on the rock which will bring power to the wine but also minerality and balance.

Accessibility, rather difficult, allows it to be worked by hand without the help of the tractor but with regular tillage.

Our Pommard 1er Cru "Les Charmots" is very colorful. It is a structured wine with nice tannins which is ideal for laying down.

It develops aromas of red berries and liquorice. It goes very well with red meats, game and meats in sauce as well as most cheeses.

Conservation: 20 - 25 years
