Our Awards

We are proud to present our three wines selected for the Tastevinage in 2015, 2020 and 2023 :

At the heart of the Château du Clos de Vougeot, a jury of 250 tasters, selected from among the elite of connoisseurs and "fine palates", is brought together to select the wines that best represent the appellation and the vintage for the Tastevinage competition.

 

The selection is rigorous, only one third of the lots presented receive an award. Tastevinage is a guarantee of quality for the consumer.

They are identifiable in our range by an official label numbered with the arms of the brotherhood.

We are also  proud to present our Pommard "La Combotte" 2018 selected in the famous "Guide Hachette des Vins 2022" with 1 star.

​

The "Guide Hachette des vins" is one of the best-selling wine guides in France. It has been a reference guide for over 30 years.

Each year, for each new edition of the Guide Hachette, 10,000 wines are selected out of 40,000 wines tasted.

​

The wines are tasted blind by juries made up of several tasters: the tasters, all professionals in the world of wine, know neither the name of the producer nor that of the wine or cuvée they are tasting.
