Bourgogne Côte d’Or Pinot Noir

These three plots are located in the commune of Pommard, within the Bourgogne Côte d’Or appellation. Aged for 20 months in oak barrels, this wine offers aromas of red fruit, with light tannins and a ruby color typical of the grape variety. More complex aromas of undergrowth and spice will develop with age. It can be served with grilled or roasted red meats. As it matures, it will also pair beautifully with more sophisticated dishes such as Beef Bourguignon and soft cheeses.
